We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to access and play Tavern for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, exploit bugs for malicious purposes, attack server infrastructure, or deploy automated bots that disrupt server operations for other players.

3. Virtual Currency & In-Game Assets

Any gold, beer, gems, waifu cards, floors, or other digital items earned or displayed in the game are strictly fictional tokens created for gameplay entertainment. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for legal currency, and cannot be transferred outside the game platform.

4. Community Conduct & Real-Time Chat

The game provides a global in-game tavern chat. Players agree not to publish harassing, defamatory, abusive, sexually explicit, hateful, or unlawful messages, nor spam advertising or commercial solicitations. We reserve the right to mute, restrict, or terminate access for any user violating these standards.

5. Intellectual Property

All game assets, artwork, sprites, UI elements, game balance curves, software code, lore, and visual designs are the proprietary intellectual property of Tavern and its creators. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The game is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Under no circumstances shall the creators, developers, or operators of Tavern be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to access the game.

• Guest Session Tokens: An anonymous pseudorandom identifier stored in your browser's Local Storage to associate your game progress (floors, gold, waifus) with our game database.
• Gameplay State & Telemetry: In-game metrics such as current floor, gold rate, building counts, and chat logs to enable cloud save synchronization, catch-up calculations, and anti-cheat validation.
• Technical Diagnostics & UTM Data: Standard server logs including IP address, user-agent string, referrer URL, and marketing campaign attribution tags (e.g., utm_source, utm_campaign) to analyze performance and campaign effectiveness.

The information collected is used solely to:

• Maintain, operate, and synchronize your in-game progress across sessions.
• Calculate authoritative offline catch-up earnings when you return to the game.
• Facilitate the real-time patron chat and global leaderboards.
• Monitor server health, detect and prevent automated abuse, and optimize asset delivery.
• Display web advertisements via Google AdSense to fund server costs and continuous development.
